POSITION SUMMARY
On this job, you will:
- Work in a great team of engineers
- Be responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, debugging and modifying for web applications enhancements and production
- Contribute on orchestrating rich interactions experience for web applications
- Apply the latest RIA technologies for building the next generation of web
- May interact with users to define requirements and/or necessary modifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in client-side development (ActionScript, Flex, Flash, GWT, Java FX or HTML/ Javascript)
- Hands on experience with ActionScript or Flex
- Good knowledge of RIA concepts
- Familiar with design patterns and web application architectures
- Up-to-date with the latest web trends and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly – technophile loves tinkering and is self-motivated to learn new things
- Familiarity with Web 2.0, HTML 5 concepts is a bonus
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Spoken and written English proficiency.

The Bucharest office will be the main games studio for the company.
Position: (Senior) Flash/Flex Engineer
As part of the Flash/Flex Team, you will be responsible for the development and design of the newest flash based games using Flash and Flex. Grab the chance to develop global games which will reach millions of users all around the world.
Experience:
- Degree qualified in Computing Science or Software Engineering.
- Experienced Flash developer (3 years minimum)(CPU / memory optimization, Javascript / Flash bridging, Cross-browser compatibility, Flex, AIR)
- ActionScript3, XML, MXML, CSS, Eclipse / Flex Builder/ FDT, SVN, Design Patterns including MVC
- Experience in the development of Flash Applications with heavy server communication (Remoting, Sockets, JSON)
- Community awareness with new technologies, frameworks, resources, and open source libraries
- Eye for detail, performance, and optimization
- Advantage: Game addiction and understanding of Back-end and Database technologies
- Advantage: Facebook ActionScript API, Experience in Low-Level (bytes level) development

Flex Developer / System Architect Wanted
Position overview:
We offer a position as Flex Developer / System architect to grow our Romanian development team. The position is a full-time freelance position with continuous project contracts. Your task is to develop software applications based on basic functional descriptions and work with your Romanian based team lead to deliver projects on time and in excellent quality to customers. With us you have the possibility to get to know the most interesting international projects, modern programming methods and a lot of exciting challenges. - You are highly motivated, results driven and quality focused
- At least 4 years experience in software development (min. 2 years Flex experience)

Flash/Flex developer mid level, pentru un job full time in Bucuresti.
Firma se ocupa cu dezvoltarea de solutii multimedia pe Internet, audio-video streaming, etc. Sediul este in Baneasa, langa aeroport. Firma este relativ noua, iar angajatii de acum vor evolua odata cu aceasta. Echipa deocamdata este una mica, dar se va extinde in viitor destul de mult. Capitalul este romanesc, iar clientii vizati sunt, in principiu, romani, nu este o firma de outsourcing.Candidatul ideal ar trebui:
- sa gandeasca logic si sa produca un cod curat, ordonat si eficient
- sa fi facut development pe Flash cel putin un an, doi, in trecut, la modul serios si sustinut, nu doua bannere in 6 luni
- cunostintele si experienta de Flex sunt optionale, dar binevenite
- sa aiba cunostinte foarte bune de OOP, AS3
- experienta in lucrul cu continut audio/video si/sau FMS este un plus
- eventuale cunostinte de php, html, css, xml, js, json sunt un plus, dar nu cautam pe cineva cu experienta multa din punctele astea de vedere
- sa aiba o idee de baze de date MySQL
- sa aiba idee de Linux, dar nimic spectaculosSalariul este negociabil la interviu, in functie de experienta precedenta. Salariul este integral pe cartea de munca, fara manarii romanesti. Salariile se dau la timp, fara scuze legate de criza.
